Do Something Different, Get Something Better

A popular quote, but how many of us really take it to heart?
I challenge you and me, all of us who want a little bit more, to apply it… to our work and to our work outs.
For one week, every day, try to do something different than you have done in the past such as:
- A new way to prioritize your work day tasks
- Try a new type of training activity
- Train a little harder, run in a different place or with a different person
- Start the day with three reasons why it will be better than yesterday
- Learn a new, more efficient way to work
There are so many great ways to change up our lives – if you are reading this, I have piqued your interest, so give something different, something new, something more energetic, something smarter, something happier… a try.
