Welcome! I’m Jan Guenther—entrepreneur, endurance athlete, mom, and founder of Gear West Ski Bike & Run. After 40 years of building business, competing at an elite level, and navigating every transition midlife delivers, I built Gals with Grit for women who want more and refuse to wind down.

Mom/wife who raised two boys while balancing athletics, built a business from ground up and navigated many life challenges.
Competed in endurance sport since the early 1980s — Ironman triathlons, Olympic cross-country ski trials, and national races in triathlon, XC skiing, and paddling.
